GtB: Daily Miniature Manual #76 – Lord of Pestilence (Avatars of War)

OK, so it’s not ‘an Avatar’, but it’s made by Avatars of War, so it sort of counts. Just look at this miniature – it’s got a proper mace for mashing, and a shield that could also be used for mashing, along with his feet, fists and face which all can be used for mashing – that’s a lot of mashing…

The second reason I started playing Warmachine (the first was the Judicator) – just look at it! Tiny head, great big everything else; perhaps he was subject to that Beetlejuice spell…?

GtB: Daily Miniature Manual #74 – Avatar (Games Workshop)

Thanks to GtB you can relive the heyday of GW’s 2nd Edition Avatar (‘cos that’s when it was best and could destroy everything, including entire armies, and it couldn’t be killed by anything other than pretty much a blood-thirster…!) by giving it loads of powers and going on a big rampage…

GtB: Daily Miniature Manual #73 – Avatar (Corvus Belli)

Thought I’d do a comparison of the different ‘Avatar’s’ from all the different games, by looking at them as they can be used in GtB. First up it’s the one from Infinity; which I took on a stomping spree last night, and did, indeed, make a big mess of my opponents’ forces 🙂
